Welcome. I'm Dannii T and I have a private personal training studio in Swansea, South Wales.

I am a mother and wife and someone with the zest for life, I firmly believe that staying fit and being healthy is the key for achieving our very best life. I love being a personal trainer and helping people acheive thier goals.

I want to take my passion for fitness and heathy living and use it to help others achieve the wellness and fitness they need to stay healthy. I will take your goals seriously. I understand that whatever your goal whether it be increasing mobility, losing weight or gaining muscle it can be challenging, it is my goal to help you overcome hurdles, keep you motivated and succeed.

Perhaps you have a hectic working lifestyle or are a busy parent. It may be that you have never enjoyed or made time to train, or you are now retired and would like to feel your best. My goal is to help and guide you to make positive lifestyle changes.
