There are many workouts offering different results whether you are looking to increase muscle, enhance fitness and strength or looking to lose weight, a real favourite of mine is High Intensity Interval Training. This is an all out, one hundred percent effort through quick intense bursts of exercise, followed by set recovery periods. Great for keeping your heart rate up and burns fat in less time.
I use weights within a session to help build strength and conditioning, I am not the type of trainer you see sculpting bodies on muscle beach but I do strongly believe in the benefits everyone can see from an effective workout using weights. Weight training does so much for your body to keep you healthy, prevent injuries and loss of bone density. Great way to burn calories, (not just during the session but throughout the day ahead), gain muscle mass, increase flexibility, decrease body fat, increase bone density and enhance cardiovascular fitness. I will demonstrate proper form, and explain the basics to avoid injury.

The weakest part of golfing bodies is the element they need the most - the core. Without strong pliable muscles in the stomach, hips, butt and lower back you can't make a swing that is both powerful and technically sound. By tailoring exercises you will notice a dramatic improvement in your golf swing and feel more confident.
