Hi Im Dannii Trainer, a wife and busy Mum. I have a commitment and passion to help others reach their fitness goals. Not only does being healthy have obvious physical benefits but also contributes hugely to our energy levels and ability to carry out day to day tasks.
My real passion for health and fitness started after having my children 15 years ago. I initially found the benefits not only physically but how much better it made me feel. I have joined many group classes, trained with numerous Personal trainers and taken part in lots of charity Marathons - runs, hikes and obstacle course events.
This led me to wanting to further my love of fitness by undertaking and completing a YMCA accredited Level 2 Gym Instructing, and Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training. I have also recently completed a Nordic Walking course with Age Cymru and Maggies in Swansea. Volunteering on their weekly Nordic walking events.
I have a BA Business degree and worked locally for many years in the hospitality sector before deciding to follow my passion and start Dannii T Personal Fitness. I am extremely client focussed and my aim is to deliver results, whilst providing sessions that are both professional and enjoyable.
My goal is to make fitness fun, in a friendly & motivational atmosphere. Each session will be different from the last one, and you will have my full support every step of your journey.
I keep my sessions engaging, energetic and positive. I love the feeling of making people feel better about themselves, and seeing their confidence grow and creating results.
My role as a Personal Trainer is to find out what works for you, because everyone is different. I will listen and take on board your likes, dislikes and feedback.
Im a registered member of REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals) and hold the necessary public liability insurance covering myself and my clients.
